We are a small, family-run, welcoming hotel with 18 rooms, offering every comfort you could wish for – including an indoor pool (10 × 5 m), a new fitness room, and a sauna. Just a 15-minute walk (1.5 km) from the heart of Kitzbühel, our hotel combines a friendly, personal atmosphere with cozy surroundings. Start your day at our lavish breakfast buffet and fuel up for your full, exciting day ahead.
The location of our hotel is ideal: easy to reach, sunny, and slightly outside the town center, around a 15-minute walk to the historic old town. The ski bus stops just 50 meters away and takes you to the Hahnenkamm or Hornbahn lifts in only five minutes. Access to the cross-country ski trail is just a few minutes away (300 m). The tennis stadium and sports park can be reached in a seven-minute walk, while cycling and hiking trails, golf courses and riding stables, and the football field are all located nearby.
Our hotel provides a big free parking area; garage parking is available on request for an additional charge.

From here, you can reach the Hahnenkamm cable car in Kitzbühel in around five minutes. We provide a big free parking area (no reservations required).

Up to 15 days before arrival (22 days in the winter season), cancellation is free of charge.
In the event of cancellation within the last 14 days before arrival (21 days in the winter season), we will be obliged to charge 90% of the total cost of your stay.
